tony kick director out because they not in line with tony due to reckless spending..
tony dont want to do cap raised and want to finish phase 3...
ex chairman kick terminated tony ceo positions without letting others know...
directors spend $100k on takeover panels...
tony on july only suggested a delisting but it was voted down...
tony is on our side.... he need to remove these directors...
