so I'm a little confused about the issuing of shares to the prospective new shareholders should the gold mining takeover go ahead. can someone help me understand how the new shares are valued at 30c vs market price of circa 8c? and the effect this will have on market purchased stocks. From what l understand, the takeover will slightly lower share price when/if it goes ahead later in the year but hopefully only in the short term until the new acquisition "comes good" and adds value to aiy. lt was great to see some profits In the half yearly and it looks like things should only head up from here as the major investments start realizing profits. further, does anyone know anything about "pizzey w.i.f."? my research is turning up nothing but a company delisted  some years ago, but it's still showing as a current investment on the report!
