I agree NXS have issues and that's part of the reason why the Market cap is only 273 Mill. The interesting thing is when its at its lows very few people are buying. Once the price starts moving up people jump on. Over 23mill shares traded today and forward momentum a close at 30 cents and people start to feel safe and start to buy. Even with no news it could most certainly move a lot higher that you think. If the overall market keeps going up it could easily move to 40c with no news and it will still be undervalued.
