They "envisaged" by June 30th which obviously has passed. There hasn't been an annoucement to the market since, so it must be getting closer. I think they will bring out a company update on 30th or 31st July with information leading to an annoucement in early August (about 12th), but also with a healthy 4C result to get the stock in the high teens before the JV annoucement.
