NO, this chart tells me the target because of this formation is 14c. This is something that can be reached if the breakout is on the upside today.

IF & WHEN it reaches 14c (say in 2 months or 2 weeks or whenever), the story would have continued and FFG could have put on more announcements and depending on those announcements the sp will react (on either side)... it can go to the $ mark or go bust but this 14c target is based on the story so far...
