re: staff options i know towie ..... i hold too and would love some freebies or cheapies, but i think is a bit of an overreaction. If they went to directors, yes I would agree 100% because the timing and prices stink but rest assured these sort of incentives (albeit relatively small) do wonders for morale, interest, loyalty etc Working at a bank we get (if the bank perfoms) free shares each year plus options to the top perfoming managers ..... i can tell you first hand how the focus shifts. lol :)

The dilution isn't too bad either,really. If they make another acquistion/s the 8 odd million oppies will be lost in the rounding.
