    re: staff options Totally agree Kawartha. I dont understand why people begrudge rewarding or incentivising key staff of a growth company. These people are extremely important for the comapny at this stage of its growth cycle. It needs to lock in loyalty and reward people accordingly. TOX might be doing well but it isn't flush with funds that it can throw money away. Options are a perfect way to not only reward key staff but also to provide a strong incentive going forward. Why not give these people a slice of the action so to speak to make them more aware that their results affect perfomance and consequently their rewards. The number of options issued is hardly diluting.

    Lets focus on the big picture. What is TOX going to do with the $4m cash it had at the end of Jan plus its ongoing positive cash flow? The company is in a strong position and is debt free. But what is next? If there are no more acquisitions in the pipeline then a dividend policy should be put in place. Anyway I'm sure we will be hearing something from them soon.
