Then they went South .... just a little.
I took cash from my non performing work super primarily to buy BEAR (ETF) after the Chinese markets fell 7% one day cuz I thought the sky was gonna fall in. Then I got side tracked by apparent bargains and started looking for diamonds amongst the rubble.
I remember reading a year or 3 back that the UK was technically in recession whilst the FTSE was at an all time high! Go figure.
The Baltic Dry now at all time lows, China hard landing ... but all is well apparently! The markets have detached from the world economy to a degree, probably cuz there's no attractive alternatives. Gold?
