The other application CDx, so companion diagnostics could be really big for us in DKD clinical trials. There is a lot happening with that in Big Pharma & smaller Biotechs (DXB are using PromarkerD in current trials) & I do tend to keep on top of reading in this area, being invested in DXB also.
on a search of USA Gov trial site for DKD clinical trials, which lists international trials also, there were 450 clinical trials, with 64 currently recruiting & not yet recruiting clinical trials, this number doesn’t include CKD trials.
I think the simplicity of testing for trial sites & managing data for clinical trial sponsors, would be of big benefit in monitoring trial participants & response to trial drugs. Be interesting to see what happens in this space for ProMarkerD.
