It's not a bad deal. As many have said, cash in the bank is always good and gives the company options. After this deal, the company will have somewhere near 230 million shares. In the whole scheme of things, for $30 Million extra cash and with still only 230 million shares out there, we remain part of a pretty good company with some great future value potential. Hang in there.
