Last say on the subject of dilution from me.... "only 230 million shares out there"

Suppose we get a Takeover offer next month... $500,000,000.( as an example)

Divide that by 230,000,000shares.... and we get $2.17 per share.
Now divide it by 200,000,000 shares... and we get $2.50 per share.
Now divide it by 170,000,000 shares... and we get $2.94 per share.

We could have waited on Clinical data to send the SP higher... then raise money at the higher price.... less shares to do so.
As it is now we will be locked into a much bigger number of shares on issue.
Ahh... surely the situation screams out saying "you unnecessarily raised too much too soon!"
