Very possible that they had an opportunity to raise funds at that level that was not open at a higher s/p. Very possible that Orbimed (?right name) would not be willing to cough up a large amount of money at a higher price. Who knows, it's a benefit however to have a large US investor as a significant holder......more pressure on the Board to maximise potential.
