So let me get this straight Murph ... if you were selling a product & you knew you could get $100 (even though you were in a strong financial position & didn't need it), you'd take take $95 without blinking an eye ???

What an experienced business man shall do is extract value from my assets & aim for $200. I do this everyday... I have 3 businesses .... that is business experience ... we're not providing an everyday service here ...you only get one shot at getting this stuff right ....
