Are the costs for this amount included in last year financial statements as expenditures (or costs) or not?
Is $30m the same as the costs or less or more than the costs?
Shall $30m be reconized as profit in this financial year or not?
*I think $30m if received defenately added to cash at the financial statement for this year already.
