The AGM yesterday did not help. So many questions why do they still report occupancy on only 104 Centres, when they have 168 centres what are they looking to hide. We know they have 168 centres operational, or alternative show what 104 centers they have included in the list for occupancy and REVPAM. Transparency would be good to understand what is going on.
Net real estate property has increased from $1592.8mln(2018) to $2117.2m (2019) some 32%, rental income has increased only14%. So from 2018 with 133 centres to 168 centres(2019) so an increase of 35 centres which would be less than a year old yet they still exclude 64 centres from occupancy rates. Why is this?
