You really need to read the announcement before you. The only new shares being issued are to Bruce Buthelisi in order to facilite a new BEE partner coming on board.
So for 90 odd million shares which go to Bruce Buthelisi Conti recieve about $30 million in cash from the new BEE partner. To get the equivilent amount of $'s at 5.5 cents Conti would of had to have to issued about 550 million new shares which they are not doing. Simple maths 550 divided by 90 = 6.1.
Many have previously asked the question how is Conti going to fund Penumbra? This box has now been ticked.
Many have also asked how is Conti going to pay for the rest of Mashala? This box has now been ticked with the injection of funds from the new BEE partner.
