If you looked at the share price over the past 5 months, you could be fooled to think otherwise, but Conti management have really come to the party recently. They promised in 2010. They are delivering in 2011. The dirt kickers told us that Conti was going to fail under its own bold ambition, but, time after time, they are meeting every single milestone.

I really like this share issue concept to wipe the slate with Mashala. Mikayla explained it perfectly. Its a perfect deal for CCC, and something that the market has not fully understood just yet looking at the slight drop in the share price today (obviously the global market events are having some effect here).

Solid news for Penumbra as well. Debt funded as we all expected. Now just to see what the interest rate will be...

All in all, good news, except for one thing.
