    why do you guys all say that the BEE are buying in for 30 million dollars?

    I dont see how BEE2 paying off a debt to CCC gives any indication of the terms of purchase of the 26% by BEE2 from BEE1.

    Correct me if I'm wrong but the only thing mentioned is that BEE2 will honor the debt in the short term and BEE1 will get a large share parcel as a 'golden handshake' from CCC.
