Just what BEE2 is able to financially contribute would depend on THEIR financial status and just how proactive they want to be in Conti's development as a mid-tier thermal coal miner.

It would seem a little silly to go selling from one BEE to another if the new BEE wasnt going to be able to contribute in some financially meaningful way.

But you are quite right in being sceptical until we are fully informed of this new BEE partner.SURELY we will know who they are and what they bring to the Conti party prior to any GM resolution votes.

Mikayla certainly seem to know how this BEE deal is going to pan out.BUT as always, an annmnt would be the preferable route to informing holders.
