Been thinking a bit more about this BEE2.

IF this BEE2 group IS big enough to fully financially commit to their 26% as well as future project share then they arnt going to be any fly-by-night group that has taken debt out themsleves to get involved and can only afford to go so much of the way in this partnership.

IF this group is financially capable of backing a QUARTER share of projects like Penumbra/DeWitt complex this will massively derisk these projects financially.

Just WHO is this BEE2???
