I don't think the payables would be reduced by even $2 million as they were still ramping up production throughout the quarter and would only now starting to be achieving a reasonable reduction of the payables on a month by month basis (if they are continually producing approximately at their 'week high' from a few weeks ago).
I don't think the payables would be reduced by even $1 million but i guess time will tell. Maybe by now they would have, but at the time the quarterly will refer to (end of sept) i don't think so.
