I'm thinking there maybe three or four decent announcements within 12 months out of these possibilities.
Full scale laser tested and shipped, doe call for proposals, licence application prep for Paducah(outside chance) ,Doe getting around $4.3 billion approved for uranium purchases, Doe accepting Gle's proposal and Silicon comercial plant operational( a near cert as the scale up is easier than uranium).
If we get a few of these then my guess is a bigger year than we just had.
At $2, Silex is still priced for probable failure. If the risks start to fall away in a recovering nuclear sector, as i reckon they will, then $5 is my guess/bet.
