Well the end of June 2016 is upon us.
Several notable events in history have happened on the 30th June :
Looking back, Hitler in 1934 had the "night of the long knives " purge of his own Nazi party.
Looking up, Superman made his first appearance in DC comics in 1938.
Looking down, Rolf Harris was convicted of indecent assault in London in 2014 on that day.
Looking forward, will we be able to say Cudeco on 30th June 2016 makes the notable events list on that day by actually delivering something for the long suffering shareholders, will Cudeco soar like Superman or sink like Adolf and Rolf to join the list of infamy.
One would think that if something significant were to happen or has happened, that someone, somewhere, would have seen a convoy of trucks turning left from the Burke Development Road to the Barkly highway into and through Cloncurry at least sometime in the past few days or so. Likewise these trucks will eventually arrive in the Port of Townsville for shipping.
They say silence is golden, personally I 'd settle for a noisy burnt umber coloured dust in vast quantities blowing along the Flinders Highway on its way to China.
So any observant hot-copperites out there in the Curry and surrounds or in Townsville tell us what you're seeing as the company is continuing to give us the mushroom treatment.
Hopefully we will all not die in despair as living off hope hasn't made any of us fat!

If I was to hazard a guess I would think perhaps maybe we could see an announcement on Monday showing the first road train of copper cons leaving Rocklands based on what I've seen this morning
