I'm no Expert on Forex (but 10 times smarter than CK, aren't we all), but I was thinking because we are dealing with 2 Currencies - AUD and USD, when the Fed raises U.S. Interest Rates, that forces our AUD down. Then when the RBA raises our Interest Rates, that forces our AUD up. All dependent on the RBA raising Rates today though.
