You'll be lucky if ASIC are still paying the power bills to fire up their monitors. Old mate Tony has defunded ASIC. The market is a free for all now. The ASX has no powers except to report to ASIC, who essentially don't exist. If you followed the recent PDY fraud saga you will know that ASIC is not only toothless it has had its claws ripped out as well.
