I really think youre bent on making false statements to undermine gmc and mislead the invetors
GMC doesnt owe 9 million as all the condition prededent has been met. Pls read the ASX announcement on the 31 May 2018 regarding this. It stated that GMC has countersigned with
PTJGI a letter confirming that all of the condition in the convertible note has been complied with satisfied or waived. Under the convertible note PT Gulf has a zero percent interest rate and upon
satisfaction of the agreed condition precedent the PT gulf convetible note automatically be converted into 25.1% of the equity of PT Gulf. As a result BPK Fofo Sariaatmadja and BPK Chairoel
