    No - that was the conditions to receive the $9M.

    That is completely different to the CPs for conversion of the debt to 25% equity. If the CPs for conversion were satisfied, then there would be no outstanding debt (which there is - refer to the most recent quarterly).

    As it stands GMC owe $9M on 31 Aug.
