It really sad how it becomes personal on here, all for stating the fact that GMC owe $9M cash on 31st Aug, unless they satisfy the conditions precedent.
Yet the same people will believe Peter Strachan even though you only need to read his research reports on Antares Energy (just before they went into administration) to realise they need to be read with a few cups of salt.
The equation for GMC is simple.
1. Satisfy the conditions precedent; or
2. Come up with $9M; or
3. Lose the smelters to the Investor
Its actually in the Investor's interest of GMC fail to satisfy the CPs. Then they can take over full ownership (Not just the 25%, if they convert)
