- Lab analysis errors. To even identify them as a company takes time, i've been there before and if it's not clear straight away it takes quite a bit of investigate work/data analysis to figure out the issue. Often the lab themselves are of little help.
- Sample prep. Logistics, disappointing but can be fixed.
