Hi derp, on what basis have you calculated enterprise value?? Just curious what figures you used and came up with. Contrasting it to the share price I would think it is still got abit to go...
Cash backing aside, the issue is what earnings you extrapolate in order to justify bagging. GIven the earnings have suffered some big declines, we are yet to see a smoothening - which I think this half year will soon bring. It will no doubt bring lower revenue and profits, but the question is by how much.
The main issue is what are they going to do in the next year or two to bring in money. Clearly debt isn't an issue, but I am not sure how much more of a significant pipeline they have in the works... I think it is quite thin..
