    In August, 2013, Sundial Growers applied to Health Canada to become a licensed producer of medical marijuana under the federal government’s new Marihuana Medical Purposes Regulations (MMPR).
    Subsequently, in January 2014, we received a “Letter-to-Build” from Health Canada and have since invested more than C$3.5 million in order to upgrade our facilities and equipment in anticipation of a thorough inspection by federal government officials. We are awaiting pre-inspection by Health Canada.
