If it is such a farce, why did you not raise it with the ECT rep when you had the chance.
You seemed quite polite and sheepish when you had a chance to raise your concerns with someone who actually has some control over your investment.
Amazing how brave and embolden some people get behind the protection of a keyboard and anonymity
