i agreee, my logic is if its going to be trading it means all objectives are met, that includes interal procoess, in that case it could be on the agenda, if internal process wasn't complete then objectives weren't met, then we could use that an excuse to keep in suspension. so bottom line is internal process is done regardless of being on the agenda.
