I think it's all going well whether on schedule or not I don't know. They aren't obligated to update the top 20 but they have every 5 to 6 weeks it's about 10 weeks now I think link traders will be accumulating.
If they are receiving chips along the fabrication process and integrating them as they go and testing them I think they would have a working device with the last layers more for protection and longevity than a working part although as Vlad has said it could only be a very minute variation to affect the overall performance but at this stage I think they would have a pretty good idea of the outcome.
