Hi Where am I,

They haven't announced receipt of chips in the past and recent announcements allude to a fluid type relationship with the fab. The January announcement best demonstrates this as it starts with an announcement of "half structures" and then goes on to describe that the initial testing "demonstrated precision adherence to the prescribed specifications". So they get the chips and test them before saying anything is the precedent here.
We have heard nothing in the interim but there was to be "additional interim delivery milestones" and no update has been given on these delivery milestones.
So January tells us that they get the chips and test them out before saying anything. Previous announcements have also told us of earlier than expected deliveries. This would suggest that they possibly already have the chips and are thoroughly testing them before announcing anything.
Is it just possible (glass half full) that they have them, will have run plenty of tests by the time that the AGM comes around and that at 9:30am on Tuesday 31st May, 2017 Fred stands up and announces that he has requested a trading halt from the ASX pending his announcement at the AGM that the company has successfully tested a first batch of chips! That would be pretty good.
