the 10M to buy at 1.5c
is the same 10M who was on to sell at 1.5c earlier then pulled and went bid 10M at 1.3, then moved up to 1.5c.

so if that's not another sign of them blocking 1.5c and accumulating till they could get no more sellers out then tell me what is...and now the 15m from 1.4c has moved to 1.5c

seems they got the nervous nellies out at 1.4c and now will force traders to buy 1.6c instead
