Its like someone offering to buy your house. After deducting the loan the value is $750,000. (.75 cents NTA allowing for future upside ) Then it gets reduced because of discounts & GFC (which is gone) to $500,000 (.50cents nTA) Along comes LLC & offers $310,000. (.31cents NTA)
This is what is happening. We are being offered $310,000 for our house that potentially in 2 yrs will be back to $750,000
