my feelings exactly ive held shares in this company for a long time there is no way i would sell out at this price. i think this is a very opportunistic move by llc . i believe this has always been on llc agenda to get hold of primelife at a bargain price.the price of any stock associated in the property sector have been at unrealistic lows so the proposal of paying a premium at 31c when the SP doesnt reflect the true worth of this company is not right. if this company was in any other sector its shares would be trading in the 50c + range. check out another property company apz last few weeks there share price has gone from around 25c to 53c.Why doesnt the board propose a capital raising if they need to pay down debt?
