dividends yes. got from WSA and Jumbo. CR I am not sure. i am from Germany and participated and got the 36 c shares from Pilbara even if it was not open to overseas shareholders. but if your bank has a nominee in australia this might work. also got my Cannon Resources free shares.
i was asked by my bank and applied for CXO but lets see. its always worth a try.
before you think of divis hope for a decent rise in SP first. and hope that production starts right on time.
