I would choose $30K for each of my 3 or 4 entities on a 12 month escrow.
I'm not planning on selling any within 12 months, and even if I did, I have plenty I could sell earlier.
But given the choice, I'd take the maximum and lock them away.
Hence the company should reward me and others like me
