They dont go that way because they wouldn't get anywhere near the funds they need.
The retail investor needs liquidity in their investments at the drop of a hat.
What i think has some merit might be offering 12 to 15 month escrowed script at a slight discount to Standard SSP.
So if the standard SSP is at say .315 cents
an escrowed SSP could be at .30 cents.
