I will not blame the management here for this delay... totally beyond their control... happy to be told that it is getting delayed by the Department in QLD and I believe them (for once) as if this was not the case they wouldn't have put the delay into their (QLD) court...
also, must add that they are progressing the ML in parallel "in anticipation" of a favourable outcome here... that is a very positive sign... does not ensure success but if the MDL is granted, this will save us precious time in the future... we have lost a lot of time and anything that we make up now will be a bonus...
cannot do anything other than wait for 2 more weeks...
