I am not sure if this is the right move for LCL, but at least they should have a look. Their current offering is being done at $A40m for a business that would cost at least $A700m to build today, and they also have the biggest PE group in Brazil as their cornerstone. The upside for shareholders would be significant if they could get in on the ground floor; it would be too late in a month.
