The price at which shares are to be issued to the vendors (Mark Johnston et al) is determined by the 30-day VWAP immediately preceding the issue, I recall.
Lets hope that after the shares are issued we see an uplift in share price back to the mid-20s at least :)
Not that it worries me overly much, I am happy to give this one 12 months to see what develops.
