    As Baukaw said SDL cant go it alone.

    The chinese know this and will kill this deal and go direct with Africa. Cut out the middle man.

    Having No permit is a tremendous risk. You guys have balls of steel and if it comes off deserve your 57 cents.

    For me my fear of how ruthless the chinese are, holds me back.
