If that's a "would you hit it?" question, the answer's no. It would be necessary to accumulate as many PA's as possible before takeover, because they form part of ELD's poison pill strategy. I don't think the volumes over the last 6 months point to accumulation; they've been weaker when they've been cheaper, when you would expect the inverse.
