I think the concern with the delay is not about GXY getting it right, but whether the delay is due to any renegotiation on key terms. It's unlikely tho - we just have to be patient. But the point being raised is as it currently stands, we do not yet have a signed, binding offtake agreement.
And like I said, it's not about the money or speed. Nonetheless, Vegas & hookers would be nice anyway.
