There's a bit of a catfight looming with Sedco by the looks of it. Worth reading page #4 from Nexus's announcement today.
Clearly mentions that TOL is contracted for 148 days to Conoco for 2 wells, with an option to drill 6 more.
There's a claim for lost revenue from 2 parties for US$117m & US$59m, total of US$176m, when the S-703 went back & was replaced by the TOL. So I dont know, if this is 1 reason why we haven't heard anything abt those 6 additional wells yet or mayb everything is just fine.
Better email or call the company up for a clarification.
