I've preached to my family, friends and work mates as well for years but unlike you most of them took action.
The ones that didn't listen laughed at me, but in the last couple of day, I've been approached by some of them as to which stocks to buy & where they can get physical.
But as usual the rest are calling a bubble. What can you do but let them pay a higher price next year.
