The fact that CN has already said " FAR will do everything they can to turn this well into a commercial project and wont sell it out to cheaply " or words to that effect, says to me that there is someone that is snooping around trying to find a hole to weasel their low priced offer in through.
Far might not have the money now, but FARJOY said that there may be a possibility of prepaid costs to get this commercial..... where did he find that gem of info???
